Return - Defective Product
If you receive the product without any issues, you can return the order and receive a refund for the product, provided that you notify us in the manner specified in this section and within the period specified in this section. If you need to return or exchange goods, please follow the following steps:
Within 14 days of receipt, send an email to Jkapcyjfhf@gmail.com Please indicate "return" or "exchange", as well as your unique order number and reason for return. All sales will take effect 14 days after purchase.
The goods must be returned to us within 7 days after authorization.
The returned goods should be unused and packaged according to the original order, while retaining all original inner and outer packaging.
You are responsible for paying the postage for returns and exchanges. Please ensure to use an insured transportation method, as we are unable to refund or exchange damaged or lost items during the mailing process.
Please note that we will not refund any shipping fees, taxes, or tariffs incurred.
If the product meets our return terms, once received and processed, the amount deducted from your credit or debit card will be credited back to your account, excluding the initial shipping cost.
